Shipping, Cancellations and Returns

We do not accept returns. 

We ship all orders within 48 business hours of payment, so please be sure you wish to purchase before submitting the order! If we have not shipped your order, you may cancel it. Please contact us promptly. 

 
We ship to all 50 states….and now Canada! Because shipping varies so widely on international shipments, please contact us for a shipping quote. 

Shipping fees are flat rate based on the package chosen and include all handling and packaging fees as well as shipping costs. The HIPPLOCK is shipped in multiple packages to accommodate the large size and shape of the items. 

Due to the large nature of the items, shipments can only be made to a street address, no PO Boxes accepted. The HippLock products ship from our warehouse within 48 business hours of paid receipt and travels by FedEx Ground. Currently, there are no additional options for alternative carriers. Tracking numbers are sent to the customer if an email address is provided.
