The HippLock is a steep roof safety device and works on pitches between 8/12 and 12/12.
What types of roof does the HippLock work on?
Does the HippLock need to be anchored?
OSHA requires that when you are physically working on the roof (replacing or repairing shingles) that all steep roof safety devices be physically attached to the roof. (Fall Arrest System)
If no physical work is being performed on the roof, the device is not required to be physically attached to the roof. (Fall restraint system)
Does the HippLock include anchor bolts?
Anchor fasteners are not supplied with the HippLock system. It is recommended that lag bolts be used for this purpose.
How many people can use the HippLock at once?
Only one person should use the HippLock system at a time.
Does the HippLock come with a harness and rope?

Yes, you can pick your HippLock up from us in Cumming, GA. This is about 45 mins north of Atlanta. Please contact us ahead of time to verify stock and availability.

The HippLock is made to support a single user of up to 300 lbs.
